Workshops may involve discussion of professional challenges, organizational strategy, or personal experiences. The Generosity Spectrum requests that participants treat all non-public information shared during sessions as confidential. Specifically, participants agree not to:

  • Disclose identifiable statements made by other participants without explicit permission
  • Record sessions without prior authorization
  • Share screenshots, chat transcripts, or written reflections containing identifiable participant information

The Generosity Spectrum may record sessions for internal training, quality assurance, or educational purposes. When recordings occur, participants will be notified in advance. AI Use Disclosure

The Generosity Spectrum may incorporate artificial intelligence tools to support learning, synthesis, facilitation, or product development. When AI tools are used, we adhere to ethical frameworks informed by sector-specific initiatives such as Fundraising.AI and related nonprofit data ethics standards. Our approach is guided by the following principles:

  • Human oversight remains primary. AI supports decision-making but does not replace professional judgment.
  • Participants will be informed when AI tools are being used in a session or product.
  • Only necessary information is used for AI-supported features.
  • Personal participant data will not be used to train open, public AI systems.
  • We recognize that AI systems can reflect and amplify bias. We evaluate tools with this risk in mind.
  • Responsibility for outcomes remains with The Generosity Spectrum and its facilitators, not the AI system.
  • We do not deploy AI tools for surveillance, automated profiling without disclosure, or undisclosed behavioral manipulation.

AI is used to enhance reflection and learning, not to replace human relationships.
